Guests can choose the 'Comfort +' formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:

• From Paris: A6b motorway, then A10 towards Bordeaux. Take exit 33 to La Rochelle / Rochefort on the RN248, then the RN11 to La Rochelle.
• At La Rochelle, follow signs to 'Gare SNCF', and then take the Avenue Charles de Gaulle opposite the station. Take the 2nd road on the right, Quai de Marans, next to the 'Cap Ouest' Business Centre in the Bastion Saint Nicolas district.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays and from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
